account number (please see “Will my checking and savings

obtain details of your checking, savings and money market
account activity, including interest payments, through our
free Online Account Access or through our 24-Hour Account
Information Line.

checking or savings account, your interest payment will appear
on your bank statement. If your payment is made by check,
you will continue to receive your check. You may verify your
CD balance in Online Account Access, or by using the 24-Hour

- Will my Visa® Check card be replaced?
Yes, your current Visa® Check Card will be replaced with a new
Visa Check Card. You will have a new card number and a new
Personal Identification Number (PIN). The Visa Check Card
is a fast and easy way to have purchases deducted directly
from your checking account. You can get cash back at many
merchants, such as grocery stores, if you press “Debit” and
enter your PIN when making a purchase. You can also use
your Visa Check Card at any Commerce ATM and at any ATM
that displays the logos on the back of your card. A fee may be
assessed when you use a non-Commerce ATM. See your card
agreement for details.
Your new Commerce card will arrive the first week in March. If
you have more than one card in your mailer, you have a joint
Visa Check Card account and these cards share the same card
number and the same pin.
For your security, the card and the PIN are mailed separately on
different dates. The card will be delivered in an envelope and the
PIN will be provided in a mailer with tear-off edges. The return
mail address on each is PO Box 411457, Kansas City, MO.
You may change your PIN at any Commerce ATM after
March 13 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
- When can I begin using my new Visa Check Card?
You may begin using your new card after 2:00 p.m. Mountain
Time on March 13. Before using your Visa Check Card,
follow the card activation instructions found on the sticker
on the front of the card and on the document attached to
your card (remove your card(s) from this document to find
helpful information.) One call activates all cards with the
same card number. You may also activate your card online at
commercebank.com/colorado – just click the “Activate Visa
Check Card” link. You may activate your new card at any time
– you do not need to wait until March 13 to activate your card.
Your current Visa Check Card will no longer be active as of
2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 13. Please destroy your
old card after that time.
NOTE: On the day of conversion, we change many systems at different times. You will have card access to an interim balance of your checking account and/or savings account from 2:00 p.m. on
March 13 through 2:00 a.m. March 14. Commerce Visa Check
Card access will not be available between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
on March 14 as we update your account on our system. After that,
your exact balance will be reflected and available going forward.
All times shown above are Mountain Time.

Check Card. Will I need to change these?
