- Will my account numbers change?
Yes, but only slightly and you can continue to use your existing checks and deposit slips.
- When will I receive statements?
You will receive your last business checking account statement from Commerce (Aurora) following the close of business on March 13th. Account statements for Commerce (Missouri) business customers will be produced on the same day that your statements from Commerce Bank (Aurora) have previously been cut.
- How will my online banking change?
If we have contacted you about using Commerce Connections, that will be your new Online Cash Management tool. If you have not been contacted and would like to continue viewing your accounts online, please follow the instructions to enroll online for our Small Business Online Banking.
- How do I make my loan payments?
Typically a detailed statement with payment information will be sent to you approximately 15 days before the due date.
- Who do I call when I have a question?
