Important Dates for Personal Banking Customers

Here are some important dates regarding the conversion of your accounts and services:

Thursday, March 13

• You may begin using your new Commerce Bank (Missouri) Visa® Check Card at 2:00 p.m. Please see “When can I begin using my new Visa Check Card” in the Frequently Asked Questions for important information about using your Visa Check Card on this date.
• Please discontinue using your Commerce (Aurora) Visa Check Card at 2:00 p.m.
• Please discontinue using the Commerce (Aurora) online banking system at 2:00 p.m. Please note that any payments or transfers set up in the Commerce (Aurora) online banking system to be made after March 13 will not be processed.
• The Commerce (Aurora) branch at Chambers Road and E. Colfax will close at 3 p.m., including the drive-up. This will provide us the additional time we need to be ready to do business as Commerce Bank (Missouri) on Friday morning, March 14.
• A final Commerce (Aurora) statement for all checking and savings accounts will be produced.

Friday, March 14

• The new Commerce (Missouri) Bank branch at Chambers Road and E. Colfax opens for business, with the same operating hours. The lobby is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The drive-up is open 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday and 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
• Your current Commerce (Aurora) checking and savings accounts will convert to Commerce Bank (Missouri) accounts as outlined in the enclosed Welcome to Commerce booklet.
• You may begin conducting your banking business at any Commerce location or ATM, including our location at Chambers Road and E. Colfax. Commerce Visa Check Card access will not be available between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on this date.
• Your account information will be available through our 24-Hour Account Information System at 303-366-2265 (formerly Fon-Bank) or 1-800-453-2265.

Saturday, March 15

• You may enroll in free Online Account Access after 8:00 a.m.

ATM Availability

Aurora Branch – 15305 E. Colfax Ave., Aurora, CO 80011
On March 12, this ATM will be out of service beginning at 1:00 p.m. and will reopen as a Commerce Bank (Missouri) ATM at 2:00 p.m. March 13.

Denver Zoo – 2300 Steele St., Denver, CO 80205
On March 11, this ATM will be out of service beginning at 7:00 a.m. and will reopen as a Commerce Bank (Missouri) ATM at 5:00 p.m.

Raytheon Systems – 16430 Hughes Dr., Aurora, CO 80011
On March 11, this ATM will be out of service beginning at 7:00 a.m. and will reopen as a Commerce Bank (Missouri) ATM at 5:00 p.m. This ATM will not be able to accept deposits from 5:00 p.m. March 11 until 2:00 p.m. March 13.

Important Dates for Business Banking Customers

Here are some important dates regarding the conversion of your business accounts and services:

February 26th or 27th

• Commerce Connections Training. Invitations were sent to potential users in late January.

Prior to March 13th

• Call to activate your new Commerce Business Visa Check Card.
• Commerce Connections Customers should sign and return their new agreements.

March 13th

• Last day to make business deposits at ATMs. Your current ATM card will be inactive after 2 p.m. You may begin using your new Commerce Business Visa Check Card after 2 p.m.
• Commerce Bank (Aurora) OnLine Banking Transactions must be completed before 2 p.m. No transactions may be made in the Commerce (Aurora) system after that time.
• The Commerce (Aurora) branch at Chambers Road and E. Colfax will close at 3 p.m., including the drive-up. This will provide us the additional time we need to be ready to do business as Commerce Bank (Missouri) on Friday morning, March 14.

March 14th

• The new Commerce (Missouri) Bank branch at Chambers Road and E. Colfax opens for business, with the same operating hours. The lobby is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The drive-up is open 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday and 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
• Begin using new account and routing numbers
• Update your Incoming wire transfer instructions
• First day transactions will be visible in Commerce Connections
• Final checking and savings account statements from Commerce (Aurora) will be mailed
• Daily cut-off times will change.

March 15th

• First day to Enroll in Small Business Online Banking and Online Bill Pay.You may begin using Online Banking 2 business days after you enroll. How to Enroll 

First week of April

• Your first Commerce (Missouri) checking and savings statements will begin arriving. Statements will be produced on the same day that your statements from Commerce (Aurora) have previously been cut.

April 30th

• Last day to retrieve records from Commerce (Aurora) OnLine Banking

May 7th-9th

• The first Commerce Bank (Missouri) Account Analysis statements will be sent to analyzed customers for the month of April.

Ongoing

• If you order checks from someone other than Commerce or Harland Clarke, remember to use your new routing and account numbers.

• Loan statements will be mailed according to your due date—which will not change. These statements will typically arrive 15 days prior to your due date.
